Frame bag with zip closure is produced in 2 sizes differing in bag length (M=40cm and L=48 cm).
- Main material used is Cordura Ecomade Ripstop (PU coating 1500 mm H2O), a durable fabric made from recycled PET bottles. The perimeter of the bag is reinforced with thicker Cordura Ecomade fabric for higher abrasion resistance and padded with foam so the bag holds its shape well and its contents do not damage the frame while riding.
- The bag closure with a water-repellent YKK zipper with two sliders allows opening the bag from the left or right side, providing direct access to the desired contents of the bag. Zipper pulls and garages are made of durable and non-slip Hypalon material.
- The bag is attached to the frame using 7 Velcro straps (these need to be shortened to the required length according to your frame). In the front part of the bag, there is a Polypropylene strap (100% recyclable) with a Duraflex Camlok buckle. In the same place (under the top frame tube), there is an outlet for a camelbag hose.
- Stressed seams are secured with a so-called Bartack stitch (zigzag), all threads used are Polyester with a large fiber diameter for maximum strength.
