The GT Bib Shorts S11 are a popular choice for riders for good reason. They are comfortable, breathable, and durable for many seasons of long-distance, intensive use. However, there is one season where they don't excel: winter. That's why we've adapted everything you love about them for indoor training, creating the perfect endurance bib shorts to get you through the colder months of trainer cycling. Although we call them "Indoor," these shorts also perform excellently in the hottest summer conditions – however, we recommend using sunscreen under the ultra-lightweight leg panels.
The construction combines the same material found on the standard GT S11, QUARTZ, with strategically placed open-structure POLSTAR panels, which we use on our TACTICA inner shorts. This pair of textiles balances long-term reliability and durability in high-friction areas with incredibly lightweight breathability and cooling on the legs. The straps are also lighter and use perforated mesh to maximize cool airflow. The GT S11 insert features a breathable and cooling Sundeck section in the front – where cushioning support isn't needed, but increased airflow is more than welcome.
