But why should you give up performance and comfort? And that's the concept behind this jersey: we've kept the performance of our best Castelli jerseys apart from the aerodynamics. First, we created a new fabric in cooperation with the leading Italian knitting company Borgini. The result is a lightweight fabric, wonderfully soft to the touch, that maintains excellent moisture wicking and has enough horizontal elasticity for extra comfort, and on the other hand, has limited vertical stretch so the pockets won't sag even when loaded with cargo. At the same time, it blocks 98% of UV radiation. The jersey has a neutral cut: ideal for a more upright posture, extra room around the chest and less extension at the back. The design is clean and technical, even the chest stripe is tone-on-tone. The jersey is full of thoughtful details, such as a covered YKK® zipper, a fourth zippered pocket and taped sleeve ends.
