The Winter EVO Jacket is designed by Assos for dedicated all-year-round road cyclists, with strategically placed fabrics optimized to not only protect and keep you comfortable in cold winter weather but also to accommodate the forward-leaning position of the road cyclist.
In winter, the EVO is mostly used in combination with the Winter Skin layer. For better insulation, use in combination with the Ultraz Winter Skin layer under the jacket. In the complete 3/3 GT winter clothing system, this jacket can be used with the GT Winter Bib Tights.
Fabrics Used
The front is made of NEOS Medium, a three-layer softshell with a bonded PU membrane. This highly breathable, waterproof, insulating, and 100% windproof stretch fabric was developed in-house and ensures your body remains fully protected. The upper sleeves and rear panel are made of NEOS Light, which reduces insulation to increase breathability and reduce weight. And to prevent overheating as your output increases, RX fleece is used in the underarms and on the back.
Structure/Fit
The simple front panel is joined by a raglan sleeve construction with a line that continues all the way to the collar for a full range of motion in the saddle. The classic regularFit is snug, yet allows for the addition of further layers underneath.

The jacket surprises with its lightness and especially with its pockets, which can fit almost everything The fit is specific, the sleeves are narrower but really long, it is also narrower around the chest but everything fits beautifully in the riding position. It is not extra short or tight around the waist, it also goes great with loose shorts for MTB. The back part is also longer and covers the lower back more, It is not for frost because the back of the sleeves and back does not have a membrane, Ideal for temperatures around 4 C and higher... on the other hand, it can be used all year round, including autumn and spring. At 196 cm and 85 kg, I took XL.
Bunda prekvapi svojou lahkostou a najma vreckami, do ktorych sa vojde snad vsetko Fit je specificky, rukavy su uzsie ale skutocne poriadne dlhe, rovnako je uzsia okolo hrudnika ale vsetko krasne sedi v jazdeckej polohe. Nie je taka extra kratka ani tesna okolo pasa, super sa hodi aj k volnym kratasom na MTB. Rovnako chrbtova cast je dlhsia a kryje viac aj spodny chrbat, Nie je do mrazov kedze zadna cast rukavov a chrbta nema membranu, Idealna na teploty okolo 4 C a vyssie...na druhej strane je vyuzitelna celorocne vratane jesene a jari. Pri 196 cm a 85 kg sadlo XL.

It's more of a spring/autumn jacket with big pockets. I'm 190 cm tall and weigh 88 kg. I ordered an XXL and it fits perfectly. The length is great, it covers my back perfectly up to my mid-back ? The sleeves are a bit long and tight, it's great on me around the chest - I don't like it too tight.
