We made these for serious winter riding. That means they protect you and keep you comfortable in the widest possible range of conditions. Easy to say, harder to do.
Their main part is our third-generation Nano Flex 3G fabric, our proprietary fabric with Nano surface technology that gives it a high level of water repellency, without affecting breathability, elasticity, or warmth. With the trousers, you get a highly elastic, compressive fit that moves with you, and is very warm and comfortable. We’ve added a few panels of Nano Flex Xtra Dry fabric to provide a bit more wind protection and more warmth in the front and on the thighs, and also at the back to increase protection from water spray from the wheels.
But it’s not just about the materials used, it’s also the anatomical fit in the bending areas of the knees and hips, while the seamless flat straps don’t press and securely keep everything in place. Our generously padded seamless Progetto X² Air pad makes long rides easier. And reflective panels keep you visible in all conditions. We designed these as all-winter riding trousers.
