I have enough elastic, thermal underwear and a jacket in XXL, and I took this underwear in XL, I could easily wear it on a chest of 110 cm.
For winter, I recommend it as the first layer, it absorbs and retains moisture, and the thermal undershirt on top of it keeps you warm. It works great in the cold, we'll see how it will work in the summer under a jersey for longer trips.
