Castelli PROSECCO TECH undershirt
This base layer is designed to keep you dry on cold days. Bi- material construction with hydrophilic Prosecco treatment on the main body and PrimaLoft® material with a lower weight on the parts of the body that are covered by the straps.The first goal of this base layer is to wick moisture away from the skin while adding minimal insulation for cold days when your riding intensity is high enough and the outer layers are warm enough.
Areas covered by straps around the waist and on the back can overheat, so lightweight PrimaLoft® fabric has been used in these zones to balance the temperature.
This base layer works best in contact with the skin, so both fabrics are very flexible and the fit is snug. On extremely cold days, you can use it as a first layer under the second Flanders Warm base layer or under a thermal jersey.
