Yakima S18 carrier
The Yakima S18 is a wing-shaped roof rack that minimizes aerodynamic drag and thus driving noise. Thanks to its thoughtful design, it offers above-standard width for storing accessories and convenient mounting of various racks and extensions. It is intended for use with a Yakima mounting kit, which ensures proper integration with the specific type of vehicle roof.
The T-slot for mounting accessories is continuously covered on the inside along its entire length, so typical whistling caused by airflow around open slots does not occur during driving. The patented SmartFoot base ensures universal compatibility with different types of roof structures, while the overhang bars allow for better utilization of the vehicle's width and higher transport capacity – including space above the feet themselves.
