The ABUS Urban-I 4.0 LR is a modern urban and trekking cycling helmet designed for both daily commutes and leisure rides. It offers a high level of comfort, easy head adjustment, and the option to add a rear light for even better visibility in traffic. Thanks to its thoughtful design, it is also suitable for riders with long hair and hairstyles that require more space at the back.
The In-Mold manufacturing process fuses the inner EPS foam with the outer polycarbonate shell into a single, robust unit, increasing the helmet's impact resistance. The insect screen protects your head from annoying insects without restricting airflow. The soft comfort padding is attached with Velcro, can be easily removed, and hand-washed or replaced if necessary. The removable visor protects your eyes from the sun and improves riding comfort.
The Zoom™ Spin adjustment system with a dial at the back of the head allows for quick and precise fine-tuning of the circumference and the helmet's sitting height. The straps are equipped with the Flap Divider™ system for precise adjustment under the ears and a high-quality FIDLOCK magnetic buckle, which can be conveniently operated with one hand, even with gloves. A reflective sticker and a reflective cover on the holder for the optional rear light increase the cyclist's visibility in the dark while maintaining a clean, compact helmet design.
