The Roadlink extender can inflate your gears on a road bike more into the mountain world. You don't have to change the derailleur together with the cassette. Simply remove the top bracket from your existing derailleur and replace it with this slightly longer identical twin.

Designed for Shimano's GRX 810 (RX810), R7000 105, R8000 and RX800 Ultegra and R9100 Dura-Ace derailleurs.

Without losing gear shifting accuracy, you get the opportunity to fit a cassette up to a 40-tooth pinion on your bike. It works great with both one and two converter systems.
