Ergon brings BT OrthoCell® technology from medicine and its top-tier saddles directly to handlebars, transforming drop bars into a comfort zone. The core of the tape is high-tech orthopedic foam OrthoCell® made in Europe. With a thickness of 3 mm, it effectively dampens micro-vibrations and strong impacts from broken roads, gravel, or surface transitions.

Compared to traditional cork or gel tapes, it offers a better balance of damping and stability, ensuring precise and confident handling without a "spongy" feel. Even pressure distribution helps reduce finger tingling and palm pain during long rides, leading to less forearm fatigue and greater confidence in technical sections. The OrthoCell® material retains its shape, has a high ability to return to its original form, and resists compression over the long term, ensuring the preservation of ergonomics even after thousands of kilometers.

The surface texture ensures maximum grip without the need to tightly grip the handlebars. Extra length of 2,500 mm provides enough material for wider gravel or all-road handlebars with significant flare, allowing for greater overlap and perfect coverage even for oversized handlebars.
