SK Caute chcem sa opytat . Dal som zoservisovat vidlu konplet olej aj tesnenia . A uz jak som s nou po servise jazdil tak som si vsimol ze docela tecie olej z gufier a aj ostava okolo tych tesneni na nohach a samozrejme moc necistoty to chyta . Mam to dat reklamovat ? Alebo to je len vela oleja a po case by to malo prestat ? Vedel by niekto ? Popripadne ci to je na reklamaciu. Dakujem

SK Dobrý deň,

tak ako v prípade nových vidlíc, aj po servisovaní je možné pozorovať "nadmerné" slzenie, ktoré by sa však po niekoľkých hodinách jazdenia malo ustáliť a vidlica bude následne mazaná už štandardne.

Ak by ste pozorovali nadmerné slzenie aj po dlhšom používaní, tak sa určite neváhajte obrátiť na možnosť reklamácie servisného zákroku.

SK Dobry den, mohli by ste mi poradit? Scott Scale 940, 2023, vidla RS Judy silver, mozem ju vymenit za tuto Rebu? (otazka - pevna os 15x100 znamena, ze tato vidlica je uzsia od boostu o 10mm?)

SK Dobry den prajem,

ano, oska 15x100 mm je starsim standardom, oproti Boostovym vidliciam su jej patky o ten 1 cm uzsie. Takze ak je povodna Judy vo variante Boost, tak tuto vidlciu zial pouzit bez vymeny predneho naboja mozne nebude.
