The redesigned crown for 2020 with minimal weight gain increases rigidity to the same level as our FOX 34 trail fork. The "Factory" designation speaks for itself. The best technologies we can offer are available in our Factory Series models, including our ultra-durable original Kashima Coat finish, which ensures that the fork runs smoothly.

Technologies:
STEP-CAST (SC) - The distinctive shape of the outer lower feet is not just due to appearance, but they use a narrow shape to reduce weight and the design creates additional space for the toe and brake disc. FOX 32 SC features internal legs with a diameter of 32 mm and sufficient cover overlap for quality riding, and hollow lower legs provide even greater weight savings.
FIT4 - The fourth generation of the patented FIT closed cartridge allows you to adjust the compression on the crown in three positions (Open, Medium, Closed) while driving for the best possible attenuation of damping to driving conditions (offers only two positions for remote control: Open-Closed). In addition, the forks of the Factory Series top have the ability to fine-tune the open position (within 22 clicks) so that each rider can adjust the compression to their own preferences.
FLOAT (FOX Load Optimum Air Technology) - air suspension for all FOX FLOAT forks from a stroke of 100 to 200 mm is improved by a specific air piston with a more linear resistance / compression force curve as similar as possible to the steel spring curve. Since 2018, the 32, 34, 36 and 40 forks have been equipped with the new FLOAT system with weight reduction and reduced force required to pull the fork out of the rest position. They provide excellent sensitivity to reactions to small unevenness for all riders and pressure settings.
AIR VOLUME SPACERS - The progressiveness of the compression can be additionally adjusted by means of spacers in the positive air chamber, with which each rider can adjust the suspension according to their own requirements and driving preferences.
EVOL (EXTRA VOLUME) - Enlarged negative air chamber significantly improves the reaction of the fork. This increases comfort as the tear-off torque can be reduced. In addition, the more linear spring characteristics offer better performance, especially in the middle of the stroke.
KASHIMA COAT - Revolutionary inner leg surface treatment technology by adding molybdenum disulfide to micropores electrically is used exclusively on FOX Factory Series forks and shock absorbers. The brown-gold surface of the feet reduces mechanical friction by up to 40% compared to conventional hard anodizing. It gives the fork a buttery smooth run and is much more resistant to mechanical damage.
KABOLT - Fixed axle without lever for Allen key with a diameter of 15 mm increasing the total rigidity of the fork by up to 25% and torsional rigidity by 15% at a significantly lower weight compared to the quick-release axle FOX QR15.
