Product description

27.5", carbon frame, FOX Factory 32 120 mm fork, Shimano XT 2x11, aggressive frame geometry, fast and light trail bike.

The GT Helion Carbon is a full-suspension mountain bike that has an aggressive geometry, thanks to which better control and driving confidence is achieved, especially on downhills. At the same time, he does not lose in trips. Thanks to the AOS technology, there is a perfect transfer of power to the pedal. Helion is an affordable trials bike that carries with it many advanced technologies from its older brothers.

FOC Ultra
Our own methodology for the production of FOC Ultra frames brings a minimalist approach to production. We use as few layers of high-modulus fibers as possible to achieve a stiff, reliable and fast ride. We also focused on the rigidity of the central part, by using a double forged and welded central part and widely spaced bearings connected by hollow axles. The rear part of the bike has double bearings on the pivots to spread the load and increase the stiffness of the rear fork.

Angle Optimized Suspension
The AOS system is the only solution that isolates the forces transmitted to the pedals from the bike's suspension, so that pedaling is more efficient and the suspension system reacts only when necessary.

How we ship bikes

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:

The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
The bicycle is carefully packed back into a box and shipped
If you order a bicycle for in store pick up or home delivery, the bicycle will be waiting put together, checked and ready to use for you.
If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
6. Mount seatpost to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
7. Inflate the tyres or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Their framesets are easily recognisable thanks to their strict policy of three frameset triangles. GT's offer focuses essentially on bikes for unconsolidated terrain, which was their speciality from the start.
