Ecogrease is a very durable, water-repellent and anti-corrosion Vaseline, which is also friendly to you and the environment. It is made from special plant extracts that give Vaseline high adhesion and excellent lubricating properties.
Ecogrease is Vaseline ideal for servicing bearings, pins and all commonly applicable places, it is very useful, for example, in building a bicycle. Usually Vaseline is placed on parts that do not move, or only a little, such as threads at the pedals or the center axle, quick-release clamps, even the seatpost sometimes needs a little of that Vaseline. Ecogrease prevents the treated parts from solidifying.
During the service, your hands very often come into contact with Vaseline (containing toxic substances), which can cause irritation or inflammation of the skin, or cause dry hands. Therefore, Green Oil Ecogrease does not contain any petrochemicals or Teflon / PTFE.
Several cycling companies and their mechanics use Ecogrease Vaseline to assemble their bikes.
