176cm / 77kg, size L (like almost everything I have from Castelli), but I would probably try these shorts in M as well (which I regret a little that I didn't return, or maybe I didn't try the narrower version, which does not have "vents")...otherwise, the quality of the material it is breathable, thin and elastic... on "overgrown" trails where there is a greater risk of breaking something, I would choose something more robust (or at least cheaper )
176cm / 77kg velkost L (ako skoro všetko co mam od castelli ) avšak tieto kratasy by som možno skúsil aj v M (co trosku aj ľutujem ze som nevratil , poprípade neskusil uzsiu verziu ktorá však nemá "vetraciky")...inak kvalita materiál je priedušný, tenučký a elasticky...na "zarastene" traily kde je vacsie riziko ze o niečo zatrhnete by som volil niečo robustnejšie (alebo aspon lacnejsie )
