Effective cooling and long durability: Our 150 MERINO COOL line for women is the ideal choice for hot summer days in the mountains thanks to its high durability and cooling Tencel® fibers.
BETA-SPUN technology gives our ORTOVOX 150 COOL TOP tops the desired stability. The protective polyamide layer ensures that the fabric is more resistant to abrasion and tearing. This technology involves a manufacturing process where polyamide fibers are wrapped around merino wool and Tencel® eucalyptus fibers. The wood fibers are characterized by their ability to wick away a large amount of moisture, their coolness, and their flat surface, which aids in their self-cooling. The protective polyamide layer gives the fabric exceptional durability without sacrificing the benefits provided by merino wool and Tencel® cooling fibers.

Finest Merino Wool
ORTOVOX uses only the finest Merino wool from Tasmania. Merino wool is a material that degrades negligibly over time and retains its functional properties for many years. Merino wool comes only from selected farms that meet the strict ORTOVOX WOOL PROMISE (OWP) standards.
- ORTOVOX sources new merino wool from certified sheep farms that adhere to ethical animal welfare principles.
- Only wool from Tasmanian sheep meets the demanding requirements of the ORTOVOX brand in terms of quality.
These farms are regularly monitored within the OWP. The wool itself is 100% ecological, and therefore extremely environmentally sustainable. Merino wool provides perfect comfort and a soft feel thanks to the fine fibers that form the delicate wool yarns. Additionally, this wool excellently regulates temperature and wicks away sweat, so you will feel comfortable in any conditions. Furthermore, thanks to its antibacterial effects, Merino wool neutralizes odors and is very easy to care for.

ORTOVOX products are manufactured to the highest quality, which is why resolving any claims is truly simple. If you discover a manufacturing defect, whether it's a fraying seam, external pilling, or a malfunctioning zipper, simply send us the product and we will take care of its repair, replacement, or refund. For out-of-warranty repairs, ORTOVOX has its own service center where everything can be repaired.
