Another important change is double heat treatment during the manufacturing process, which has improved strength and significantly extended the chain's lifespan. Nickel plating is used as a surface treatment for the links, resulting in excellent anti-corrosion properties and allowing for high mechanical stress. The package includes an FSA Drive Link 11Speed chain connector.
