ALUXX Aluminum Frame and Carbon Fork
The Contend AR is built on a modern and lightweight ALUXX aluminum frame with internal cable routing and an integrated seat clamp. ALUXX frames, made from high-quality aluminum alloy in our own factory, offer high stiffness and strength with low weight. For better vibration damping and thus reduced hand fatigue, the bike is equipped with a carbon fork (the steerer tube is also carbon).
High Comfort
The frame is designed to provide high comfort, even on roads with poor surfaces. The carbon D-Fuse seatpost also contributes to higher comfort, which thanks to its specific "D" shape allows for slight "flex" and thus helps to dampen vibrations. The Contend AR 1 model is also equipped with D-Fuse handlebars, which flex slightly downwards while providing high stiffness upwards.
Excellent Handling
Disc brakes provide strong braking power and smooth modulation, which improves bike control, even in variable weather. The brakes are mounted using modern flat mount attachments, and 12 mm thru-axles ensure the necessary stiffness. Wider 32C tires (34 mm rim width) are tubeless, which brings better riding characteristics and helps reduce the risk of punctures.

Predam horeuvedeny cestny bicykel kupovany v marci 2025. Na bicykli je k dnesnemu dnu najazdenych len 454 km, prikladam posledny udaj z aplikacie STRAVA. Využívam hlavne MTB, kedze jazdim na chatu a do prace. Na cesty uz nemam tolko casu ako som si myslel. Bicykel je v 100% stave,po kazdej jazde bol riadne vycisteny, odstaveny je v interiery bytu. Ak by niekto mal vazny zaujem a vyuzitie, tak sa kludne ozvite. Samozrejme len osobny odber. Doplnky nie su v cene (mozno kosiky ponecham). Pri slusnom a bezproblemovom jednani viem ponuknut ako Bonus, nove, nikdy nejazdene tretry: Exustar SR 404 AB Road tretry, velkost 44, ktore mi nesadli velkostou, zial neskoro som zistil tak zostali odlozene v krabici. To vsetko za cenu uvedenu nizsie.
Pri serióznom jednaní je moznost malej úpravy ceny.
