On our test benches, the Lee Cougan Crossfire only achieved a low frame stiffness. In practice, this also makes the bike feel spongy under heavy loads, for example on berms. The total weight of 11.3 kilos is also only good. The lightweight frame weighing just 2153 grams with the high-quality components may raise hopes of a top score on the scales, but with the heavy wheels the Crossfire cannot fully realise its potential.
Praise gives's for the sensitive rear suspension: both under chain tension and downhill, the rear end smoothes out even the finest bumps. To ensure that the suspension is free from the influence of the drivetrain, you can use the platform function via the lever on the handlebars. The riding position is very sporty, even in size M, thanks to the low front end with negative stem and long top tube. Long-distance enthusiasts will love this riding position. Compared to modern race bikes, however, the Lee Cougan Crossfire loses some of its poise on the downhill. The slack seat angle places the rider far to the rear. In combination with the short chainstays, the pressure on the front wheel and control on the climbs are lost.

Conclusion on the Lee Cougan Crossfire 428 Team:
Max Fuchs, BIKE test editor: The riding position is reminiscent of the parent generation of modern race bikes. If you like to collect kilometres under power and avoid technical trails, the Crossfire is a good choice. Demanding descents are not in its specification.

Pomalu ukončuji ježdění v drsnějším terénu a tak jsem se rozhodl prodat své kolo.
Je to nejlepší kolo na kterém jsem kdy jel, absolutní žehlička, které žere vše a na co najede a u toho nevydá žádný zvuk (totálně tiché kolo)
Zoceli Naosm – velikost XL (spíš takové větší L-ko - já mám 188cm)
Vidlice – Fox 36 Grip X2 – 160mm
Tlumič – Fox Float X2
Řazení – komplet Shimano XT (až na kazetu – ta je Deore)
Brzdy – Shimano XT – oba kotouče taky XT 203mm
Kola – úplně nová Lapier (jezdil jsem karbonové DT Swiss)

Váha kola tak jak je na fotkách 17.1 Kg
Kolo jsem si skládal sám zhruba před rokem.
Rám jsem kupoval skoro nový z druhé ruky.
Já osobně na něj záruku nemám, ale vzhledem k tomu, že je to ruční výroba a Martin Saida na svou práci dává doživotní záruku, tak to asi nebude problém případně při poškození reklamovat.
Bohužel kolo má i nějaké mouchy:
Na začátku prázdnin se mi podařilo v Rakousku spadnout a rám dostal ránu do spodní rámové trubky u středu (je tam prohlubeň, které vzhledem k pevnosti materiálu ničemu nevadí) a taky se mi odřela na levá noha vidlice – ve spodní části u osy (asi 1x1 cm a nejde to moc vidět)
Další věc co kolo trápí je nekvalita laku v některých místech – někde odpadá (viz fotky)
Kolo je plně funkční a bude ještě dlouho perfektně sloužit.
Cenu jsem nastavil tak, že když to rozeberu a prodám na díly, tak z toho budu mít víc.
A hlavně prodávám celé kolo za cenu nižší než je cena rámu bez tlumiče.
K nějakému velkému jednání o ceně tedy nevidím prostor ;)

Predám Lapierre XRM - najrýchlejší a najľahší cross-country bicykel, za celú 75-ročnú históriu Lapierre. Odráža požiadavky na moderný XC / Maratónsky špeciál, ktorý dokonale zapadá do stále viac sa rozvíjajúceho štýlu jazdenia "down country", ktorý prináša enduro inšpirácie do moderného XC.
Konštrukcia UD SLI
Na výrobu nových rámov XR/XRM sa používajú úplne nové jednosmerné uhlíkové vlákna Torayca. Vyznačujú sa najvyššou pevnosťou v ťahu a zároveň sú ľahšie a odolnejšie, každý rám sa skladá z viac ako 300 samostatných karbónových kusov. Vďaka týmto vláknam je možné zmenšiť hrúbku stien rámu kdekoľvek je to potrebné a tým znížiť hmotnosť. Tento nový proces s názvom UD SLI je teraz najvyššou úrovňou konštrukcie karbónu v Lapierre.
Rám je odľahčený a úplne prepracovaný. Odstránili otočný čap medzi sedlovými a reťazovými vzperami, čím sa podarilo zníženie hmotnosti. Skonštruovali nové zadné odpruženie „Optimalised sensitive“. OS má za úlohu priniesť komfort a funkčnosť aj napriek odstráneniu jedného z otočných čapov. Vysoký bod otáčania umiestnený nad šliapacím stredom má výhodu v optimalizácii kinematiky pre 32 až 36 zubový stredový prevodník, ako aj v eliminácii spätných rázov počas kompresie tlmiča. OS nemá žiadny vplyv na napínanie reťaze počas kompresie, čo zabezpečuje stabilné a efektívne pedálovanie a fenomenálnu akceleráciu s maximálnym prenosom sily do pohybu vpred.
Špecifický tvar karbónových vzpier zadnej stavby významne zlepšuje kinematiku. Vertikálny ohyb flexi sedlových vzpier zlepšuje pohodlie, zatiaľ čo robustnejšie reťazové vzpery majú pozitívny vplyv na celkovú tuhosť rámu.

Predám úžasný bike od CANYONu. Je to technická limitka 60 ks z roku 2023. Pôvodná cena po vernostnej zľave 5.415,- € (4.582,50 € bez DPH).
Bike má ovladanie SRAM, komplet elektronické a je to automat - predná vidla a zadná stavba + el. prehadzovač a sedlovka. Veľkosť M (do 182 cm).
Na biku som najazdil len cca 1 200 km (mám operované/vymenené obe kolena), musel som prejsť na E-bike.
