Predávam karbónový cestný rám vyrobený na mieru – jediný kus svojho druhu (1/1).
Rám som si objednal priamo od OEM výrobcu rámov v Číne. Pôvodne som plánoval bicykel postaviť minulý rok, keď som rám dostal. Moje plány sa však medzičasom zmenili a po roku na tento projekt stále nemám čas. Preto nastal čas, aby sa stal projektom niekoho iného.
Rám
Ide o karbónový rám vyrobený technológiou EPS vnútorného tvarovania, s použitím kombinácie karbónových vlákien Toray.
Rám som zámerne objednal bez laku a farby, aby som mohol vidieť kvalitu výroby a povrchovú úpravu priamo z fabriky. Úprimne povedané, kvalita prekonala moje očakávania.
Treba však brať do úvahy, že rám nebol vyrobený s cieľom vystavovať štruktúru karbónu – od začiatku som plánoval jeho lakovanie. Ak sa vám však páči matný vzhľad surového karbónu, stačí niekoľko vrstiev číreho saténového laku a je hotovo.
Ide o rám vo veľkosti 56 s pomerne agresívnou geometriou. Prikladám výrobný výkres s vyznačenou geometriou. Geometriu uvediem aj tu:
