Product description

The Scorpion Sport XC M tire is Pirelli's latest addition to cross country and is designed for a more relaxed approach to MTB outside of racing, primarily for light XC and trail. It is designed for those looking for a safe, reliable and comfortable jacket.
The combination of the 60 TPI ProWALL construction with sidewall protection and the Procompound Endurance rubber compound, which was specially developed for this model line, guarantees maximum puncture or cut resistance and ensures reliable and long-lasting tire resistance.
It is a universal and versatile tire suitable for any riding style.

Properties:
• Procompound Endurance rubber compound – a compound with a top layer and a base: Of the two layers of rubber that make up the compound, only the outer one is always in contact with the surface and, even when worn, effectively provides all the advantages of a single compound construction: even behavior, long mileage and comfort.
• Braid – single-layer nylon braid with a density of 60tpi with side reinforcements for maximum protection
• Tubeless-Ready – tubeless use with easy assembly and durable feet.

ProWALL
Technology of protective reinforcement of the sidewall of the tire for better puncture resistance and more stable performance when using low air pressures in the tire. The added layer of nylon fabric through the braid on the sidewall not only increases the resistance against cutting and snapping, but also improves the overall behavior of the tire in turns and thus enables better control of the bike and more precise track keeping.

Procompound Endurance
The base layer of rubber compound construction ensures even handling and handling, while the outer rubber still provides excellent grip, comfort and long mileage.

TPI (EPI)- hustota vlákien kostry plášťa. Čím vyššia hodnota TPI, tým flexibilnejší a pružnejší bude plášť.
