Pirelli Scorpion Enduro M is the most versatile tire from the enduro tire range. Scorpion Enduro M is suitable for everyday riding on local trails as well as races.
It has a tread pattern with a medium-high block profile and a medium distance between them for an optimal balance between grip and rolling speed on a variety of surfaces, from hard to soft, dry and wet.
The best choice for trails where the types of ground and terrain change and tire grip is key, but at the same time you don't want to sacrifice rolling speed. In addition, the casing is characterized by a high level of reliability and a long service life.
The Pirelli Scorpion Enduro is a complete model range of tires designed for rough handling in demanding terrain, where new, fast and durable bikes are at home.
The construction relies on the HardWALL frame, which reliably keeps the tire in the trail and in turns, and the SmartGRIP rubber compound, which provides excellent grip, grip in both dry and wet conditions, and provides puncture resistance for the entire life of the tire, even after the sample has worn out.
HardWALL
Tire construction technology with a protective layer from heel to toe and a rubber insert for aggressive off-road driving. The construction of the tire is designed directly for the driving style in demanding terrain - several reinforcements built directly into the tire skeleton are intended to improve the overall resistance of the braid, as well as to allow greater support when using lower pressures. With a toe-to-toe nylon protective layer integral to the braid and a thick rubber insert across the toe, the HardWALL construction is designed to handle brutal handling with ease and protect against punctures. The incorporation of these reinforcing elements together with the 60 TPI nylon braid contribute to a solid and durable construction that promotes reliability and ride quality without compromising on weight and pedaling efficiency.
SmartGRIP
Experience and victory in rally and motocross led Pirelli developers to invent the innovative rubber compound SmartGRIP. The special mixture combines two opposite properties:
a) Cut resistance: guarantees maximum mechanical adhesion and engagement in dry conditions and higher puncture resistance along with longer service life.
b) Chemical wet grip: there is no need to think about changing conditions, if it will rain or if there will be muddy and slippery sections on the track.

TPI (EPI)- hustota vlákien kostry plášťa. Čím vyššia hodnota TPI, tým flexibilnejší a pružnejší bude plášť.
Kevlarový plášť- pätka tvorená z kevlarových vlákien. Plášť sa dá skladať, je teda praktickejší pri presunoch či skladovaní. Vyznačuje sa nižšou váhou oproti drôteným plášťom a vyššej odolnosti pred prerazením.
Drôtený plášť- pätka tvorená z drôtu. Plášť je neohybný, je ťažší oproti kevlarovému.
