Product description

Pure E-bike tire designed for the rear wheel, for all mountain and enduro, Super Trail, tubeless tire, size 27.5x2.60", weight 1235 g.

Eddy Current is Schwalbe's first true E-Bike Enduro tire.
It differs in its pattern for use on the front and rear wheels, it allows for uncompromising driving on downhill and uphill terrain, as well as rapid acceleration and swift passing through technical passages.

Its reliability in the field comes from large stable blocks, overall more material and robustness, and a larger and wider construction.

The sole of the shell is Kevlar, then nylon fibers with a density of 67 TPI come out of it with SnakeSkin side reinforcement and a robust SuperGravity construction. The possibility of tubeless use is a matter of course. the tire compound is soft and sticky Addix Soft.

PSI - udáva, na aký tlak výrobca odporúča nafúkať plášť. 1 atmosféra = 14,7 PSI
TPI (EPI)- hustota vlákien kostry plášťa. Čím vyššia hodnota TPI, tým flexibilnejší a pružnejší bude plášť.
Kevlarový plášť- pätka tvorená z kevlarových vlákien. Plášť sa dá skladať, je teda praktickejší pri presunoch či skladovaní. Vyznačuje sa nižšou váhou oproti drôteným plášťom a vyššej odolnosti pred prerazením.
Drôtený plášť- pätka tvorená z drôtu. Plášť je neohybný, je ťažší oproti kevlarovému.
