Fenix HM60R V2.0 rechargeable headlamp, black
Fenix HM60R V2.0 is a high-performance rechargeable headlamp that offers a light output of up to 1600 lumens with a beam distance of 170 meters in its main spotlight. The second spotlight, with a power of up to 350 lumens, provides a very wide and smooth beam with a neutral light tint and a high color rendering index CRI >90 (Color Rendering Index). Switching between the spotlights is done via an innovative sliding switch on top of the headlamp with a locking function. The headlamp also features a red light with up to 20 lumens. The package includes a rechargeable 18650 Li-ion battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh, which can be charged directly in the headlamp via a USB-C connector. Given its features, it is suitable for professional use, various sports activities (hiking, camping, running, cycling, skiing...), underground work, for fishermen, and other applications. It will surely serve you well in any situation! The all-metal construction ensures high durability, optimal cooling, and is fully waterproof according to IP68 standard up to 2 meters underwater.
All headlamp parameters (lumen output, battery runtime, waterproofness, beam distance, and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Usage
The battery may have an insulating cap inside when shipped. Remove it from the battery before first use.
Turning on/off and switching modes - When the headlamp is unlocked and off, the white light turns on by pressing the switch for 0.5 seconds. To turn on the red light, double-press the switch quickly. Brightness levels for the currently active light are cycled by short pressing the switch. The light turns off again by pressing and holding the switch for 0.5 seconds or by locking the sliding switch.
Switching between spotlight and floodlight, and locking - By sliding the top mode switch, you can cycle through Lock -> Spotlight -> Floodlight. When the headlamp is locked, sliding the switch to the spotlight or floodlight position will also turn the light on.
Memory for the last used brightness level - The headlamp has a memory function and will turn on in the last used brightness level of the respective spotlight, except for the highest spotlight mode (it always turns on in high mode) and red light modes.
Battery replacement - Unscrew the battery cap of the headlamp and insert the battery according to the indicated polarity. Then, fully tighten the cap again.
Charging - Unscrew the dust cover, connect the USB-C charging cable to the headlamp's charging port, and the other end to a computer's USB port, a wall USB adapter, or a car USB adapter. After charging is complete, tighten the dust cover back on. The indicator light is red during charging and turns green when fully charged. Normal charging time is 2.5 hours with a 5V/2A USB source for a completely discharged headlamp. The headlamp can be used while charging, but this will extend the charging time, and the available brightness levels will depend on the current battery charge. Fenix 18650 batteries can be charged.
Battery level indication - Each time the headlamp is turned on, or when the button is pressed while the headlamp is off, an indicator LED lights up for three seconds. If the indicator LED is green, the battery is charged to over 85%. Flashing green indicates 50-85% capacity. If it is red, it is charged to 20-50%. Flashing red means less than 20% battery capacity remains. This function only works with rechargeable Fenix 18650 batteries.
Intelligent overheat protection - When the headlamp is used for extended periods on high brightness modes, a significant amount of heat builds up. When the headlamp reaches 55°C or higher, it will automatically reduce the output by a few lumens to lower the temperature. Once the temperature drops below 55°C, the output will gradually increase again.
Low battery warning - When the battery voltage drops below a set level, the headlamp will reduce the brightness to a lower setting. Upon reaching the lowest output, the battery level indicator will start flashing red to remind you to recharge or replace the battery. This function only works with rechargeable Fenix 18650 batteries.
Warnings
- Do not disassemble sealed parts yourself, as this will void the warranty.
- If using disposable CR123A batteries, do not attempt to recharge them in the headlamp.
- Remove batteries from the headlamp if it will not be used for a long time or if the batteries are already depleted. Otherwise, some lower-quality batteries may cause damage to the headlamp.
- If the headlamp is flashing, not switching to higher brightness modes, or not turning on, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Batteries are nearly depleted – recharge or replace them.
- The headlamp cap is loose – tighten it.
- Electrical contacts are dirty – clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

Five-year warranty on the headlamp, two years on the battery.
