Rex PowerGrip purple is a long-standing standard in racing waxing, now available in a new fluorine-free version. This climbing wax is made with N-Kinetic technology for excellent gliding properties and dirt repellency. PowerGrip wax is ideal for hard, icy snow in the temperature range of 3°C to -5°C and can be used instead of klisters at temperatures around 0°C.

N-Kinetic
N-Kinetic technology is an advanced technology developed by Rex used in their waxes to improve ski performance. This technology is designed to improve glide and dirt repellency, thereby increasing ski base speed and cleanliness. Thanks to N-Kinetic technology, the waxes provide better adhesion and durability, which is especially important in racing conditions. The technology also contributes to a more environmentally friendly wax composition, as it allows high performance to be achieved without the use of fluorine.
General instructions for applying PowerGrip waxes:
1. Preparation of the grip zone: Roughen the grip zone of the ski base for better wax adhesion.2. Heating the wax: Use a heat gun or waxing iron to heat the wax. No separate base wax layer is needed under PowerGrip.3. Wax application: Apply a thick layer of wax to the grip zone of the ski base. One thorough layer is sufficient.4. Smoothing the wax: Heat the wax and smooth it with cork or thumb until it has a smooth, glassy surface.
