Looking for a versatile partner for training runs or long trail races? The new TRAILFLY is the right choice. Thanks to the balanced ratio between cushioning and dynamics, it will suit hobby runners seeking high comfort as well as experienced athletes who want an agile and reliable partner for demanding running challenges. TRAILFLY is synonymous with versatility and will easily handle running on forest paths outside the city as well as in wilder terrain of higher mountains.
Two upper widths are available, Standard (100 mm in UK size 8) and the Wide version (105 mm in UK size 8). You are currently viewing the Wide variant.
The mesh upper with a seamless construction ensures necessary breathability. Stabilizing elements extending from the laces to the heel then reliably fix the foot in the shoe, so even more technical sections and steeper descents will be no problem. A toe bumper and gusseted tongue are included to prevent any stones from getting inside.
Compared to the race-oriented TRAILFLY SPEED version, the TRAIFLY has a higher level of cushioning. The thickness of the cushioning foam under the heel is 18 mm. The 6 mm drop is the golden mean for natural running and a high level of proprioception. The FLYSPEED cushioning foam is very light, elastic, and soft at the same time, thanks to the nitrogen used in its production. Thanks to excellent energy return, it adds energy to every push-off.
The flexible META PLATE reinforcement protects the foot against sharp stones, improves torsional stability, and generally adds to the feeling of confidence on the trail.
The outsole with G-GRIP technology, enriched with revolutionary graphene, offers excellent traction on varied terrain and increased durability. The 4mm lugs hold well even on more technical trails and at the same time can handle longer runs on hard surfaces. The outsole is built with an emphasis on maximum versatility. Thanks to this, it handles running on rocky terrain, forest paths, and asphalt roads.
