Silva Terra Scout XT headlamp, 350 lm, beige
The Terra Scout XT is a lightweight, compact outdoor headlamp with a 350 lumen output. Hybrid technology - it can be powered by 3xAAA batteries or a rechargeable 4.6Wh Li-Ion Hybrid battery (item number 38007), which can be purchased separately. It is made from recycled plastic and Revo material (recycled polymers and plant-based hemp fibers), which has up to 90% lower CO2 emissions compared to standard plastic. Terra means Earth, and the Silva Terra product line leaves a smaller ecological footprint, awarded ISPO Award 2022. Large button, operable even with gloves. What makes Silva headlamps unique is the Intelligent Light technology – thanks to two LEDs and lens optics, an even light distribution is achieved both to the sides and into the distance. For basic information on battery status, simply turn off the headlamp for a moment, and a green LED will light up for 3 seconds = battery in good condition, orange LED = approx. 50% capacity, or red LED = battery is nearing depletion. IPX5 water resistance - water splashing from all directions.

* Silva headlamp technical parameters are measured according to the ANSI FL1 standard. Battery burn time is stated as the time until the light output drops to 10% of the initial value measured 30 seconds after switching on, not the time until complete discharge. Battery burn time is affected by ambient temperature and activity type, e.g., during running or cycling, the reflector is better cooled, while negative temperatures reduce battery capacity. Beam distance is stated as the distance at which the light intensity drops to 0.25 lux. This is approximately the light intensity produced by a full moon on a clear night.
