Summit to Eat Salmon with Pasta and Broccoli Dehydrated Meal, 117 g/608 kcal
Pasta (wheat) (42%), milk, low-fat cream (milk), pink salmon (fish) (9%), onion, broccoli (6%), rapeseed oil, corn flour, salt, white pepper.Preparation:
1. Tear open the sachet.
2. Remove the desiccant bag.
3. Add hot water 90-100 °C (small pack 300 ml/large pack 450 ml) and stir.
4. Close the sachet and let the contents rehydrate.
5. Stir after 8 minutes, season to taste if necessary.
The meal can be eaten directly from the sachet or served on a plate as needed.

What are the advantages of freeze-dried food?
Appearance – freeze-dried foods retain their original shape and structure, unlike air-dried foods which shrink and shrivel due to high processing temperatures. Just add water and within a few minutes, the food will return to its original form.
Taste - they taste just as good as fresh. Freeze-drying removes water, not taste. So freeze-dried foods retain practically all their flavors, vitamins, and nutritional content.
Weight - weighs less than fresh. Freeze-drying removes 98% of the water. This significantly reduces the weight, making handling easier and reducing transportation costs. For example, 10 kg of strawberries weigh only 1 kg after freeze-drying - one-tenth of their original weight! However, they can quickly rehydrate back to their original weight.
Long shelf life – freeze-dried foods can be stored for several years at room temperature without any damage or spoilage. Shelf life 7 years from the date of manufacture.
Low storage costs - because they can be stored at room temperature, they do not require expensive cold or refrigerated storage spaces, making storage much cheaper.
