Recommended dosage of AMINO POWER LIQUID: mix a 40 ml dose in 250 ml of water 1-2 times a day, preferably immediately after training or in the evening before sleep. The maximum daily dose is 80 ml. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Shake well before use. After opening, store at a temperature up to 10 °C and consume within 2 months.
