Recommended dosage: Mix 10 g in 300 - 400 ml of water 15 minutes before physical exertion or immediately after training. The drink can also be consumed during physical activity. The maximum daily dose is 10 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Usage (400 g): 10 g = approx. ½ scoop. Mix the recommended dose thoroughly in water. Store at a temperature up to 25 °C after opening and consume within 3 months.
