Ingredients: dextrose, maltodextrin 21%, creatine monohydrate, citric acid, lemon flavour, sodium citrate, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, calcium phosphates; colourings: curcumin, beetroot red; potassium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, sodium chloride, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), sweetener: sucralose, ginseng (root extract), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Instructions for use: take 1 serving (30g powder in 500 ml of water) before or during training. If necessary, it can also be taken after training to support recovery and glycogen replenishment.
Recommended daily dose: take 1 serving per day (30g).
Warning: food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Use during pregnancy is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place.
