Enervit Enervit G is a granulated powder for preparing an isotonic or hypotonic drink for rehydration during exercise. Unlike sodium and chlorine, Enervit G supplies mineral salts in the form of citrate (potassium and magnesium).
50% of the carbohydrates contained in the product are in the form of fructose and maltodextrin, designed to maintain energy during exercise and maintain a stable blood sugar level.
Suitable for preventing thirst and replenishing minerals after exercise.
Preparation: for an isotonic drink: 30 g of powder into 500 ml of water
for a hypotonic drink: 15 g of powder in 500 ml of water
