Ževraj je celý 80 g sáčok len jedna dávka, ale ja som na skúšku zamiešala do pol litra vody len polovicu, teda 40 g a aj to bolo také šialene sladké, že som to nariedila s ďalším pol litrom vody a aj to bolo na mňa trochu moc. Zvyšok si miešam tak 10 g tohto a práškový jonťák Aone takže pre mňa je toto jedno balenie na 8 aktivít, ale keď som vypila tých 40 g tak sa mi išlo dobre, pretože vôbec nie som zvyknutá jesť takto veľa sacharidov. Odporúčam.

V jednej mám energetický nápoj a v druhej čistú vodu aby som nepil len sladké. Počas jazdy pravidelne popíjam . Nápoj mi pomáha zvládať dlhšie jazdy. Jedno balenie na cca jednu až dve hodiny s ohľadom na náročnosť jazdy .
Nie je príliš sladký, bez problému sa dá použiť na zapitie presladených gelov. Kludne sa dá piť počas 3 a viac hodín jazdenia 2-3 fľaše. Účinok zatial nedokážem zhodnotiť, keďže kombinujem s gélmi.
