Recommended dosage of 100% WHEY PROTEIN: mix a 30 g serving in 250 ml of water. Depending on daily protein needs, consume 1-3 servings per day, between meals. Maximum 3 servings per day. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.



Use of 100% WHEY PROTEIN: 1 scoop = approx. 15 g. Measure and mix in a shaker according to the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature up to 25 ºC and consume within 3 months.
