Recommended dosage: Mix a dose of 3 g (approx. ½ scoop) in 100–200 ml of water or another beverage. Take a maximum of 1x daily 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature up to 25 °C and consume within 6 months.
