BCAA are among the nine essential amino acids that the human body cannot produce and their presence in the body must be ensured by diet. Recommended dosage: mix a 10 g serving (approx. ½ scoop) in 200 ml of water 15 minutes before physical exertion and immediately after training. The drink can also be consumed during physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and consume within 3 months. Contains caffeine (160 mg/12.5g) - not suitable for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
