Effects
- Rapid replenishment of depleted energy reserves using a large amount of various types of carbohydrates (dextrose, sucrose, and maltodextrins).
- L-glutamine and BCAA amino acids contribute to the preservation and growth (regeneration) of muscle fibers after exertion.
- Replenishment of vitamins, which contribute:
- vitamins B (B1, B2, B3 and B6) to restore the proper function of the nervous system;
- vitamins C, B2 and E to protect cells from oxidative stress;
- vitamins C and B6 to maintain the proper function of the immune system after exertion, when the body is significantly weakened due to exhaustion;
- vitamins C and B (B1, B2, B3 and B6) to reduce fatigue and exhaustion and to proper energy metabolism.

When and how to use
To optimize recovery processes, drink the regenerative drink prepared from 50 g (1 sachet or 3 scoops) of the mixture and min. 350 ml of water immediately after the end of the sports performance - within the 30-minute period of the so-called anabolic window.
