Energy gel with caffeine for cyclists, runners, triathletes and other athletes, rich in fast and gradually released carbohydrates. The gel can be diluted with water.
Effects
Ensures continuous energy supply during training or competition. It also stimulates thanks to the contained caffeine.
Gel advantages
- Glucose is contained in the form of a glucose polymer with 4 units (so-called cyclodextrin DP4), thanks to which the energy from it is released gradually, but is still easily accessible to the body.
- The release of energy over a longer period of time is achieved thanks to the addition of trehalose and isomaltulose, two slowly releasing carbohydrates.
- Contains caffeine for stimulation.
When and how to use
- Consume the energy gel DURING performance every 35-45 minutes for continuous energy supply.
- Thanks to the tear-off cap, the energy gel can be safely consumed even while cycling. A suitable place to consume gels is on a downhill section of the track.
- Always drink the gel with a beverage.
