Enervit Enervit G is a granular powder for preparing an isotonic or hypotonic drink for rehydration during performance. Unlike sodium and chloride, Enervit G provides mineral salts in the form of citrate (potassium and magnesium).
50% of the carbohydrates contained in the product are in the form of fructose and maltodextrin, intended to maintain energy during performance and to maintain a stable blood sugar level.
Suitable as a prevention of thirst and replenishment of minerals after performance.
Preparation: for isotonic drink: 30 g of powder in 500 ml of water
for hypotonic drink: 15 g of powder in 500 ml of water
