BCAA amino acids contribute to the preservation (protection) of muscle fibers during performance, growth (regeneration) of muscle mass after performance, and during prolonged exertion, they even represent one of the energy sources. Enervit BCAA contains the recommended 2:1:1 ratio of branched-chain essential amino acids BCAA (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) in tablet form. One tablet (1g) contains 0.48g L-leucine; 0.24g L-isoleucine; 0.24g L-valine.

When and how to use
Before performance, 30-60 minutes before starting, take 5 tablets (drink enough water). After performance, BCAA intake is ensured by specialized recovery drinks Enervit R2 Sport or Enervit R1 Sport, which are rich in these amino acids.
