The nutritional supplement contains a mixture of active substances such as gelatin hydrolyzate, glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate and important minerals and vitamins. Vitamin C contributes to the normal production of collagen and the proper function of bones, cartilage and skin. Calcium and magnesium are needed to maintain good bone condition and support normal muscle function. The drink is sweetened with a natural sweetener, steviol glycosides, which expands its use.
Glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate are the basic and natural building blocks of articular cartilage and other connective tissues - bones, ligaments and tendons. Glucosamine sulfate is the body's own substance. It stimulates cartilage cells (chondrocytes) to synthesize proteoglycans. Proteoglycans are the basic building blocks of cartilage. Glucosamine sulfate contributes to the balance of metabolic processes in cartilage. Gelo-3 Complex supports the health of joints and connective tissue.
Effects of some substances contained in the nutritional supplement GELO-3 complex:

- Biotin - helps maintain healthy hair.

Recommended dosage:
1 to 2 times a day on an empty stomach, resp. between two meals.
