For best results, remove all parts unsuitable for washing and wash with Nikwax® TechWash® in a separate wash cycle before waterproofing. It is not necessary to dry the garments beforehand. Shake well before use. Respect the symbols indicated on the product.
Application:
- Secure the work surface and place a clean, damp, taut garment on it.
- Hold the container about 15 cm away from the garment being treated.
- Apply evenly to the outside of the material.
- Wait 2 minutes. Rub in any excess thoroughly, especially on patterned materials.
- Check that you have not missed any areas on the treated garment.
Allow to air dry (after a few minutes, check and remove excess waterproofing with a clean damp cloth), or if the care label allows, tumble dry on low heat.
Quantity needed:
300 ml is sufficient for waterproofing 1-2 items, depending on the condition of the garments being treated.
