Fenix WH35RE rechargeable headlamp, 280 lm, black

Fenix WH35RE is a safe work headlamp for explosive environments, designed for various areas with explosion risk, excluding underground mines. It is equipped with ATEX/IECex certification. It offers a maximum output of 280 lumens and is powered by a specially modified Li-ion battery ARB-L21-3000Ex with a capacity of 3000 mAh (included in the package), which recharges directly in the headlamp via a modern USB-C connector. The practicality of the headlamp is increased by the ability to detach the light from the head mount and use it as a handheld or work flashlight. Furthermore, the headlamp is equipped with a steel detachable clip, so you can easily attach it to a pocket or strap. Its large switch allows for easy and precise operation – even with gloves.

The WH35RE has been certified with several explosion-proof certifications, including IECEx, ATEX, and GRGT. Therefore, this product is safe for use in explosive atmospheres classified as zones 1 and 2, as well as in areas with combustible dust classified as zones 21 and 22. This includes environments such as the oil, chemical, and textile industries, firefighting, metallurgical areas, power plants, and paper mills, etc.

Operation

From the factory, there may be an insulating cap inside the headlamp on the battery. Remove it from the battery before first use.

On/Off: With the headlamp off, press and hold the switch for 0.5 seconds to turn it on in normal output modes (General mode). With the headlamp off, double-click the switch quickly to turn it on in emergency modes (Extreme mode). With the headlamp on, press and hold the switch for 0.5 seconds to turn it off.

Mode Switching: In normal mode, a single press of the switch cycles through modes 30 → 100 → 280 lumens. In emergency mode, a single press of the switch cycles between 5 lumens and SOS.

Battery Level Indication: When the headlamp is off, a single short press of the button will activate the battery level indicator for 3 seconds, shown by the colored backlight of the button:

• Solid green: 100% - 85%
• Flashing green: 85% - 50%
• Solid red: 50% - 25%
• Flashing red: 25% or less (recharge the headlamp as soon as possible)

Charging: Connect the charging cable to the USB adapter, then plug the adapter into the socket. Open the dust cover on the headlamp and plug the USB-C charging cable into the charging port. After charging is complete, replace the dust cover. The indicator light in the button glows red during charging. It turns green when fully charged. Do not charge the headlamp in an explosive environment. Use the included charging adapter for safety during charging.

Low Battery Warning: If the battery voltage drops below the set level, the headlamp will reduce the brightness to a lower level. Once the lowest output is reached, the battery level indicator will start flashing red to remind you to recharge or replace the battery.

Notice

• Do not disassemble sealed parts yourself, as this will void the warranty.
• If the headlamp flashes, does not switch to higher output modes, or does not turn on, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
