Muc-Off Rain Shield Re-proofer creates a premium water-repellent finish on all types of technical clothing. It is an easy-to-use spray-on waterproofing treatment designed to restore garments to their factory levels of performance on all waterproof and breathable fabrics.
It uses the latest technology to reduce the surface tension of the fabric, providing the best possible waterproofness without affecting the fabric’s breathability. It also helps protect against mud and dried-in stains. And the best part? It’s environmentally safe as it’s water-based and PFC-free!
Our state-of-the-art spray-on formulation provides unbeatable protection for up to 24 hours after treatment. Once applied, water will bead and run off, so you’ll be protected to get out and shred whatever the conditions.

Treats 1-2 garments per bottle
Application:
1. Shake the bottle well before use to activate the treatment.
2. Spray onto a clean, damp garment from 10-15 cm away until the garment is fully treated. (We recommend using Technical Wash to clean your garment before application. Always follow the care label instructions.) We recommend spraying in a well-ventilated, dry area.
3. Wipe away any excess treatment with a clean cloth.
4. Allow to cure. Air dry by hanging and leave to dry overnight before wearing the garment wet.
5. The performance of treated technical clothing will gradually decrease over time with normal wear and washing, so we recommend reapplying every 3 months depending on wear and washing. All waterproof clothing needs to be cared for to perform at its best. Using regular household detergents will eventually break down the water-repellent finish due to the harsh surfactants in these products. If you notice water is no longer beading on the surface of your garment and is soaking into the fabric, it’s time to refresh with re-proofer. For best results, apply to a clean and damp garment.
