The ORTOVOX FREE RIDER 26S is designed for both skiers and snowboarders who want a backpack for the most demanding descents. The backpack has the option of inserting the certified Clasp Spine Protector. You can attach everything you need for extreme freeride descents, including a rope and 2 ice axes, to the backpack. A highly durable and comfortable backpack that will fit you like a glove even at high speeds. Thanks to the Clasp Flex Belt tightening system, which you can tighten with one movement, the backpack becomes a part of you and won't throw you off balance – the backpack perfectly hugs your back.

Clear and practical pockets
The ORTOVOX FREE RIDER 26S backpack has several practical pockets:
- You can access the main compartment through the back. Simply lay the backpack face down in the snow and open it like a suitcase – everything is clearly visible. You will find a compartment for a water reservoir and an outlet for a hose that leads to the shoulder strap. The compartment is spacious enough for equipment that needs to be kept dry. You can also access the main compartment via a practical zipper from the top of the backpack.
- The second compartment serves as a safety avalanche pocket. There are pockets for avalanche equipment – shovel blade, shovel handle, and probe. Wet equipment is thus separated from the rest of your belongings. The pocket has intentionally orange zipper pulls so they are immediately visible in case of emergency.
