The blade is characterized by excellent sharpness and high resistance to abrasion (wear), thanks to which it withstands regular contact with hard materials, such as ceramics, before it needs to be sharpened again. The advantage of stainless steel is that, unlike carbon steel, under normal conditions of use, it does not require any special maintenance. Nevertheless, it may reach its limits when it comes into prolonged contact with an aggressive environment (acid, salt water, cleaning agents...).

The handle of the knife, which is made of beech wood, is also varnished with a special varnish, thanks to which the drawing stands out.The blade is characterized by excellent sharpness and high resistance to abrasion (wear), thanks to which it withstands regular contact with hard materials, such as ceramics, before it needs to be sharpened again.
