Instructions:
The product is intended for use inside footwear where airflow is limited. If used elsewhere than inside footwear, it will heat up until you are ready to use it, and when it cools down, throw it away.

Do not apply directly to skin. Single use only. Do not attempt to reheat. who are unable to remove the insert themselves. Do not leave elderly people unattended when using. Consult your doctor first if you have poor circulation, nerve damage, sensory impairment, skin condition, or are diabetic.
