Fenix PD26R ACE flashlight, 1300 lm, black
The powerful compact flashlight Fenix PD26R ACE will dazzle you with a luminous flux of up to 1300 lumens (ANSI) and a beam distance of up to 354 meters. The premium white Luminus SFT-25R LED is responsible for this great lighting performance. It is powered by a 1600 mAh Li-ion 18350 battery (included in the package), which can be conveniently recharged directly in the flashlight via a modern USB-C connector. The flashlight is programmable, so you can easily preset the number of modes you want to use. The Fenix PD26R ACE offers up to seven different lighting modes, so you can always choose the optimal combination of performance and runtime. In the lowest mode, it can achieve an incredible 556 hours of continuous light on a single charge! For emergency situations, the SOS and strobe modes are invaluable. Thanks to digital regulation, the flashlight provides constant light output even as the battery discharges. The PD26R ACE impresses not only with its compact size and great performance but also with its body design, which prevents rolling and slipping in the hand. It is therefore an ideal choice for duty, for all outdoor enthusiasts, and also serves perfectly for everyday use.
All flashlight parameters (luminous flux, battery runtime, waterproofness, beam distance, and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Usage
There may be an insulating cap on the battery inside the flashlight from the factory. Remove it from the battery before first use.
To turn on, press the tactical switch at the end of the flashlight; for instant activation, just press it lightly. By pressing the side button near the head of the flashlight, you can cycle through the constant lighting modes at any time during operation. To switch to strobe, hold the side button for approximately 0.5 seconds. If you have selected Setting 3 (outdoor activities), pressing it again will turn on SOS. Holding the side button again will return to constant lighting modes. The number of modes that can be cycled through depends on your selected mode preset; for example, strobe can be completely deactivated (see below).
Setting Lighting Mode Presets – The SET function offers a choice of three lighting mode presets, listed in the following table.
Loosen the nut under the flashlight head to reveal the hidden SET switch.
With the light on, press the SET switch to cycle through: Setting 1 – Tactical Mode (Turbo mode only) → Setting 2 – Duty Mode (3 modes) → Setting 3 – Outdoor Activities (5 modes). When the flashlight is first turned on, Setting 3 is selected by default.
After selecting the desired preset, the corresponding indicator next to the SET button will light up green for 3 seconds as confirmation. This indication also shows the current number of available modes for the selected Setting.

Note:
Users can independently activate or deactivate the strobe mode. By default, it is activated in all presets.
The number of modes for each lighting preset is listed excluding Strobe and SOS.
Activating and Deactivating Strobe Mode – With the light on, hold the hidden SET switch for 1.2 seconds to activate/deactivate Strobe mode in all mode presets. The flashlight will blink twice to confirm the selection.
Memory for Last Set Output Mode – The flashlight remembers the last used output mode within the active preset. When turned on again, it will activate in that mode (does not apply to Strobe and SOS).
Battery Replacement – Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight and insert the battery with the positive pole facing the reflector. Then, fully tighten the tail cap again.
Charging
Unscrew the protective nut under the flashlight head to expose the charging port and connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port. Tighten the nut again after charging is complete.
During charging, the indicator in the side switch glows red; after full charge, it turns green. The flashlight can be turned on and off during charging by holding the side switch. The tail switch is not functional during charging.
The typical charging time for a fully discharged ARB-L18-1600 battery is approximately 2 hours.
Battery Level Indication – Each time the flashlight is turned on, the indicator LED in the side switch activates for three seconds. If the indicator light is green, the battery is charged to over 85%. Flashing green means 50-85% capacity. If it is red, it is charged to 25-50%. Flashing red indicates less than 25% battery capacity remaining. Note: Only works with Fenix 18350 batteries.
Intelligent Overheat Protection – If the flashlight temperature exceeds 60°C, the output will automatically decrease. Once the temperature drops below 60°C, the output will gradually increase again.
Low Battery Warning – If the voltage drops below the set level, the flashlight will reduce the brightness to a lower level. When the lowest output is reached, the battery level indicator will start flashing red to remind you to recharge or replace the battery.
Warning
- Do not disassemble the sealed parts in the flashlight head yourself, as this will void the warranty.
- Keep the flashlight out of reach of children!
- Do not shine the flashlight directly into your eyes or anyone else's!
- Loosen the tail cap by half a turn or remove the batteries to prevent accidental activation during storage or transport.
- Use only original protected 18350 Li-ion batteries.
- If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The rings also need to be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the flashlight will be properly protected against water.
- If the flashlight is blinking, not switching to higher modes, or not turning on, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Batteries are almost depleted – recharge the battery or replace it.
- Contacts inside the flashlight are dirty – clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- The head, body, or tail cap of the flashlight is loose – apply lubricant to the O-rings and tighten both the head and the tail cap firmly.
