Grivel G12 LT CRAMPOMATIC EVO crampons, yellow
The Grivel G12 LT Crampomatic Evo are classic 12-point crampons designed for demanding high-mountain hiking, glacier ascents, and easier ice and mixed climbing. Compared to the previous G12 version, they feature a redesigned front and rear section and a new connecting link that reduces weight while maintaining durability. Sharper and longer points penetrate hard ice better, provide excellent grip during traverses, and facilitate safe descents in steep terrain.
The Cramp-O-Matic Evo quick-release system is designed for very rigid mountaineering boots with a toe and heel welts; it allows for quick attachment, removal, and a secure fit on the boots. The asymmetrical design for left and right feet improves adaptation to the foot's anatomy. The front and rear sections are connected by a Grivel LINK BAR with holes that allow for easy and quick adjustment to boot size; for smaller sizes, simply rotate the link 180 degrees.
The underside features the proven Antibott system, which flexes with each step to prevent snow buildup. Thanks to the Grivel Crampon System (G.C.S.), individual components can be replaced to precisely tune the crampon configuration to your needs. The crampons are easily packable – the front and rear sections slide into each other, and the plastic bails can be folded down towards the crampon body.
